Abstract

The article deals with the works of Rabih Mroué and its place in contemporary artistic practices in the Middle East region. The question of the study centers on the specificity of contemporary practices and the creative process of the artists in question, and the redefinition of Aesthetics (at least the traditional meaning of the concept) in light of the transformations of artistic thought and achievements.
