Abstract

The theatre for children is based on imaginative creativity, and is an educational, intellectual, aesthetic tradition that refines the spirit of the child and develops his taste, sense of beauty and transparency. In Lebanon, the plays designed for children grew in professional theatre halls in the late 1960s. The experience of the "Chouchou Children's Theatre" was one of the first experiments, and it was an important one, as it received a great response from the children's audience. In this article, I will study this phenomenon, which arose spontaneously without methodology, with a highlight on the reception factor.
