The “Al-Azhar Declaration on Citizenship and Living Together” is the outcome of the conference entitled “Freedom and Citizenship: Diversity and Integration,” held on 28 February and 1 March 2017 and organized by the Grand Mosque of al-Azhar and the Muslim Council of Elders.
