Abstract
Fr David Neuhaus, Latin Patriarchal Vicar for the Catholic Hebrew Speaking Community in Israel, published a pastoral letter on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the founding of the Work of Saint James. He describes briefly the beginnings of this community (kehilla in Hebrew), its later developments as well as its goals and the new challenges it faces today.
