Abstract
So far, research has focused on the positive or negative influence of trust in the functioning of virtual teams, but few have allowed us to grasp the influence of cultural diversity on emergence and development of trust in geographically distributed teams. Based on the literature analysis of trust, we wanted to study how trust evolves in a remote intercultural environment.
This article aims to deepen the knowledge of this influence, to show the correlations of the different cultural dimensions, recognized and retained, in the literature, with the creation of trust in remote teams and proposes a simplified conceptual framework, based on the one developed by Zolin & al. (2004).
