Résumé
This article is about the findings that relate to Motivation and Self-development that the survey carried out on “The Qualities / Behaviors Lebanese Professionals cherish the most” assessed. It pinpoints that Transformational Leadership that favors rewards and punishment counts in motivating and leading employees, but that Transformational leadership is also required. The article also stresses on the behavior the leaders should embrace to prevail, such as positive thinking, believing that we are the masters of our destiny, the need to keep the good effort and sharpening continuously the saw of our knowledge and experience.
