Abstract
Lebanon is facing multiple socioeconomic, political, environmental and health crises linked mainly to bad governance. Combating bad governance is part of a sustainable development perspective. A local governance based on an individual approach turns is a way for the successful implementation of the long-awaited administrative reforms allowing actors (citizens, civil society and the public sector) not only to oversee and influence the action of public authorities, but also to contribute to the establishment of public policies and production of services of general interest.
