Abstract

The prosthetic treatment of a maxillary edentulism bordered by an incisor is a source of therapeutic difficulties due to its particular topography generating biomechanical and aesthetic problems. We here report, the keys to the success of prosthetic rehabilitation using complexe combine prosthesis to meet the aesthetic and functional requirements of a patient with this particular edentulism. The clinical case has been presented according to a didactic approach to highlight the therapeutic difficulties and the different prosthetic treatment sequences to be respected to guarantee the integration of the prosthesis and its longevity.
