Abstract

According to Mckinsey 7s Model, Strategy is one element within the company at par with the other “S” elements. This positioning of the Strategy focuses on the Internal environment of the firm and works well in relatively static markets. In dynamic markets, Strategy positioning needs to be reconfigured considering also both the Micro and Macro external Business environments. This paper aims to redefine the “strategy position” within the 7s model.
