Abstract
In order to survive in the competitive world of Globalization, it is recommended that the SMEs enhance their performance. In literature, the ICTs are considered as essential catalysts and development boosters. However, it is worth noting that an indirect link exists between ICTs investments and SMEs performance. Once the SMEs characteristics are highlighted, we fill focus on the determinant factors of ICTs adoption performed by the managers along with the employees’ assimilation conditions in order to enhance the overall performance of the firm.
