Abstract
Today, companies face a complexity of management practices due to the growth of global trade flows. They find themselves obliged to take into account the distance more than before. Thus, when taking decisions within multinational companies and making the virtual teams working as effectively as the in-house ones, it is called a diligent challenge. This article highlights the presentation of a conceptual model claiming that the existence of a high level of "Swift" trust within remote teams can have a major impact on the project’s success. The objective of our study is to explore the "Swift" trust constructs that facilitate the success in a virtual context.
In our empirical study, we conducted a quantitative survey of 200 individuals working in several multinationals in the same sector of activity. The results have been analysed using the linear regression method on SPSS.
