Abstract

Cloud Computing technology shall impact traditional IT and IT service Providers
on many levels; for Oracle (2019), 80 % of all enterprises workloads will come to
the cloud by 2025. Using qualitative interpretive multiple case study approach,
this article discusses cloud computing value co-creation opportunity for IT service
providers in Lebanon harnessing CEDRE conference funds to install a National
Cloud Platform of 200 million $.
